I've attached an SVG image of block diagram to my masters thesis, which is a compilation of something Inkscape imported from PDF and my translations.

Converted under Ubuntu Lucid by UniConvertor 1.1.5 to PDF creates a result with a large mess. Please compare what what you see in Inkscape and in resulting PDF.

I hope this file will help you fixing any bugs.

As a side note: Why don't you create a PPA on launchpad for this project or at least distributing site similar to what Scribus use for Debian and Ubuntu users?

Hm, that's quite an interesting issue. Have you solved it yet?

Hi,

It seems you have converted the file without any additional changes before translation procedure. We would recommend to convert the content into curves (Shift+Ctrl+C) before translation because font issue is a well known problem for all vector graphics editors. I have attached resulted PDF and it looks well as for me.

Concerning download page we have supported much more Linux distros than other projects (more than Inkscape or Scribus) so PPA doesn't resolve distribution problem. Could you explain what is a problem downloading required packages to install UniConvertor? May be we miss something...
