A project browser dock

- multiple layer support
- layer opacity support!
- layer manipulation support print, view, lock

- import Dialog box should filter only supported file formats
- custom page presets save
- Move the parsing loader bar in task bar
- support for PDF import

;) very good work guys, you give me a hope of migrating to Linux, i am tied to M$ WIN only because of Corel Draw.

PS- anti-aliased display would be nice
B) psssssst Inkscape has one :P

Unlike Inkscape, sK1 has a complex layer structure: grid & guides layers, master layers and regular layers. Plus pages ;) Unfortunately plugin for layer manipulation is not ready yet. But all functionality is included in release version.

Unfortunately it's a limited functionality of Zenity. For KDE environment sK1 uses kdialog which allows filtering supported formats. I think we will create own multiplatform open/save dialog to resolve this issue and remove dependency for KDE|Gnome packages.

Presets dialog (not only for pages) will be in next version.

You are asking for a FOSS copy of CorelDRAW :D

Yes, it's important issue. PDF|AI (latest versions) are very important for prepress.

anti-aliased drawing has been implemented. We use Cairo for this. Just look at the screenshot:

Why do not use WxPython for doing this ? It already contain all necessary platform specific dialog bindings.
