We have prepared Release Candidate 3 binaries for those who follow us. This snapshot provides completed vector graphics editor. Only some import/export filters are not implemented yet. This functionality will be subject of RC4 milestone. Binary packages are available as for most popular Linux distros and for Windows 32/64bit.

Please note, that MSW versions are suitable for Windows 7,8,10 only. Previous versions, including Windows XP, are not supported because some libs used in build require MS VS2013 parts.
